General Work Description: This project is tenant improvement to remodel two existing medical suites A & B of approximately 4,159 square feet into business offices to accommodate the City of Fairfield Housing Services department staff. Bids shall be made in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the contract documents now on file with the City Engineer, City of Fairfield, California, which are hereby incorporated by reference.
